I’m very disappointed with the bare minimum service I received from a certain man who clearly can’t take 60 seconds to call and let me know my order is ready. I had transport arranged but received no answer.
Only to be phoned the next day to be informed that they are closing at 12:00 and I need to collect my order before then with a cheeky laugh. As if it’s funny. So let me tell u how it’s done.
You’re suppose to keep your clients informed and up to date so for future sake please do the job you are paid to do.
